Royal Customer Maintenance Plan

Knight Heating & Air Conditioning will perform the services listed below on the system(s) in your home, twice yearly (spring and fall). The cooling system maintenance will be performed between April 15th and June 15th and maintenance on the heating system will be performed between October 15th and December 15th. A reminder will be mailed before or during that time for customers to call and schedule a convenient time for this service.

FURNACE

  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Check gas pressure
  • Check electrical component
  • Check temperature rise
  • Replace or wash air filter*

HEAT PUMP

  • Check defrost operation
  • Check electrical components
  • Check freon levels
  • Check auxiliary heat
  • Replace or wash air filter*
  • Lubricate motors
  • Wash outdoor coil

AIR CONDITIONER

  • Wash condenser
  • Check capacitor
  • Check freon levels
  • Check evaporator
  • Replace or wash air filter*
  • Lubricate motors
  • Check compressor
  • Check condensate drain

  • Inspect equipment on scheduled basis as shown, and perform the applicable services per above checklist.
  • Instruct you on proper operation of equipment.

YOU AGREE TO:

  • Operate equipment according to our instructions.
  • Promptly notify us of any unusual operating conditions of equipment.
  • Make systems available for maintenance during normal business hours.
  • Permit only our service personnel and/or organization authorized by us to work on the equipment.
