Scott was very professional, was in and out in a timely matter and was very knowledgeable about what the problem was. I felt comfortable in his presence and he was also friendly with my kids and myself. I feel bad, he arrived at my door right as I was in the middle of a mom scream about shoes 🤣 sorry about that, he handled it well. Highly recommend.

We finally had to “lay to rest” our old heating & cooling system here near Table Rock Lake. I was referred to Knight Heating & Cooling Branson by a trusted friend who services systems (but does not do new installs anymore). The folks from Knights have been top notch from start to finish. They provided guidance, recommendations, an accurate estimate of cost and Brent even came out to check/measure things to make sure we were purchasing the correct size unit. In the mean time between ordering the system and keeping us cool/nursing along the old unit till replacement day arrived- Scott came out on multiple occasions to keep the ac blowing cold (thanks to an infusion of more coolant each time). Then, the tear out/install days arrived this past Monday & Tuesday. The team that came for this project was Mike & James. They were pleasant, efficient& worked together very well. My wife and I heard lots of conversation & laughs as they worked away at the project for 2 days. They were overly cautious with our home. When tearing things out, carrying the old stufff out and new stuff in. They laid runners down so they wouldn’t stain/harm the flooring/carpet. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient, more than willing to stop and answer any questions I had along the way or explain how the new system works. Once the install was complete and the system was running, they meticulously cleaned up the mess, even vacuumed around where they were working. Next, Mike went over the documentation and gave me a quick “once over” on the thermostat and how to use it and then they drove away. All in all, while nobody loves having to “spring” $$$$ for a new system, Its reassuring to have a good feeling about what it cost, the quality of equipment, workmanship in removing and installing & knowledge/support going forward. Knights checked EVERY ONE of those blocks. It was a pleasant experience – top to bottom & I could not be more pleased with the outcome . Now – if only we can squeeze 20 yrs out of this new system……..

Scott and his team did a great job installing our new furnace and heat pump. Everything went perfect. They even set up a cut off for the electric heat so I can still run the heat pump and fan on my emergency generator. They were very professional and cleaned up everything when they left. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Every part of our experience with Knight H&A/C was Excellent, including system design, system alternatives, installation, staff knowledge, skill, professionalism, timeliness, and communication… and now system operation.

The folks at Knight were very responsive when our A/C went out. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day, and the technician arrived exactly when they said he would. He diagnosed the problem and got the system running again very quickly. I will definitely use them in the future for any of our HVAC needs.

This is the second time I’ve used Knight heating and air services. They were very fast with their service complete with a very good price. Would recommend them to anyone in the Branson area.

I have used them more than once Russell came out early this morning before working hours on an emergency call and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and he fixed my problem and had my unit up and running in no time I will continue to use them as I need things done and will request Russell do the job if at all possible he smiled and greeted us and showed us the part explained the problem he was very quick to get here he came as soon as he finished up another job like he said he would I don’t think I had to wait an hour for him to come to my home I wanna say thanks keep up the good work I appreciate this company I’ll suggest you to family and friends thanks once again.

Wow, Knight Heating and Air knocked out a home run in customer service. From Brent who quoted us a high quality product at a very competitive price, to the installer’s Mike, James, and Jim who had the expertise to complete our project, answering every question with confidence. We were so comfortable with these gentlemen we forgot we had strangers in our home. Much gratitude to this company, spending money on a complete HVAC system is never on the top of a happy list, but, Knight made the whole process a pleasant one. Amazing service, quality and value. Thank you Knight for being there for us.
